We recommend placing your order as early as possible. NaturelGrub is cook-to-order, so we plan, shop, and prepare based on confirmed orders rather than keeping large amounts of pre-cooked food in stock. We will confirm timing with you when you place your order.
Absolutely. You do not need a subscription to enjoy NaturelGrub. You can place a one-time order whenever you want, choose exactly what you are craving, and order again whenever you are ready. Our subscriptions are simply there for customers who prefer the convenience of receiving meals regularly.

We offer different portion sizes so you can order for yourself, your household, or simply stock up for the week. Each meal shows the available portion sizes and serving information, making it easier to choose what works best for you. And yes, our portions are made to actually satisfy you.
The food itself
Our menu is built around flavourful, comforting food made with quality ingredients. You can expect Nigerian and African-inspired favourites: rice dishes, soups, stews, proteins, sides, and other meals made for easy everyday eating. Our menu may also change from time to time, giving you more variety and something new to look forward to.
Yes, where customization is available. Depending on the meal, you may be able to choose your preferred protein, sides, spice level, portion size, or other available options. Because every dish is different, some meals may have more customization options than others: you will see the available choices while placing your order.
We do our best to provide clear information about our meals and accommodate reasonable dietary preferences where possible. If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the meal you are interested in is suitable for you.
Delivery and keeping it fresh
You can collect your order from the kitchen for free, or have it delivered or shipped. Delivery depends on your address and what you order, so we quote it for you: tap the delivery quote button at checkout, tell us what you are buying and where it is going, and we will reply with the exact cost. You then add that amount at checkout. Sales tax is calculated on your dishes only, and a tip for the chef is entirely optional and is never taxed.
Keep your meals refrigerated after receiving them, unless you are freezing them for later. For the best taste and quality, follow the storage and reheating instructions provided with your order. Our meals are made to give you the convenience of having proper food ready whenever you need it.
